Danubiana Meulensteen Art Museum

The Danubiana Meulensteen Art Museum is located 20 kilometers south of the capital city, Bratislava, and is rightly considered one of the most romantic modern art museums in Europe. It was opened in the year 2000. From 2013 to 2014, we carried out the museum's expansion successfully through a competitive bidding process, for which, in 2014, an international jury awarded it the title of Construction of the Year for 2014. The gallery also received an award for the best project solution of the construction work. In addition to the technical complexity of the structure and the precise execution of the building, the judges also praised its sensitive integration into the landscape.
